We mill, blend, and test every batch in our own plant. Nothing is bought finished with our name printed on it.
Volcanic ash, pale grey-green, the most absorbent clay we carry.
White, the gentlest of them. For skin that reacts to everything else.
Sea-bed minerals and iron oxide. Sage green, the classic clarifying clay.
Iron-tinted kaolin, soft pink, gentle enough for daily use.
Iron oxide illite, warm terracotta, for tired and dull skin.
Mild iron oxide, ochre, brightening without abrasion.
Multani mitti. Buff-grey, very absorbent, used in South Asia for centuries.
Volcanic, pale beige, a crystalline structure rather than a plate.
Peat-bog humic matter rather than mineral clay. Dark, warm, European spa tradition.
Three clays whose supply chains are genuinely difficult. We source them through licensed channels and pay the duty, which is why they are not always listed. When all three clear at once we release a numbered set of three — $390.
Magnesium and silica rich, deep russet, silky enough to lather slightly in water.
Blue-grey, extremely fine, from Cambrian sediment. The rarest thing we carry.
Near-black, the highest mineral salt content of any source on earth.
The same clays, formulated with scent and spice in our own lab. We test what an addition actually does to a clay before we sell it, which is why this list is short and grows slowly.
Mineral shimmer is available on request and uses synthetic mica only. Natural mica has a documented child-labor problem in some mining regions, and we will not buy it.
Steps one through three take months, not weeks, for a Reserve clay — and longer when an export permit is involved. We do not shorten that by buying from a broker who cannot say where the material came from.
When a clay is not listed as available, it is because a batch has not cleared these steps. Not because we are out of stock.
We are building in small towns, hiring locally, and paying properly. The clay is already ours; the rooms are next. Tell us where you would come and what you would come for — it decides where we build first.
